Sunday Roast is available every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm.

Our Sunday lunch is very popular so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Locally Sourced

All of our ingredients are sourced locally where possible. The fruit and vegetables used in our restaurant mainly come from within 20 miles of Torquay and our beefsteaks are from grass-pastured West-Country cows.

Cask Marque & Camra

As a Cask Marque accredited pub, we also offer locally produced ales and are we are proud to be featured in the Camra Good Beer Guide 2019. Camra members can enjoy a 50p discount all day from Monday to Friday, just show us your membership card.

Craft Gin

We have an extensive range of over 45 Craft Gins, and with discounted gin tasting boards available you can attempt to try them all.

A Nose for Wine

The Kents is very proud to source wine from high-quality suppliers and we offer an extensive selection of white, red and rose wines. Please take a look at our wine menu for more details.

Local Suppliers

 

Our Head Chef, Steve Hoyle, sources his ingredients locally where possible.

 

We aim to source all our meat from the West Country, and we use a high-quality Devon butcher. Our fish comes mainly from Brixham, and our mussels are from the River Teign, Teignmouth. We get our fruit and vegetables from a local greengrocer.

 

Steve and his team take pride in preparing all dishes here in our kitchen.

 

We even smoke our own meat, fish and cheese on the premises.
