Where our food comes from
Our Chef, Steve Hoyle, sources his food from local sources where possible.
All our meat is sourced from the Westcountry, from an award winning Devon Butcher.
Our fish comes mainly from Brixham and our mussels come from the Teign estuary.
We get our fruit and vegetables from a local Greengrocer
Steve and his team takes pride in preparing all the menu, fresh here on the premises.
We even smoke our own meat and fish and make our own sausages here in our kitchen.
